GP — your doctor
Even if you have no documents — you have the right to see a doctor. GP is free. Just walk in and say: "I want to register." No passport, no proof of address.

Free prescriptions (HC2)
If you receive asylum support (Section 95) — your HC2 certificate arrives automatically. If not — fill in form HC1. HC2 gives you free: prescriptions, dental, eye care, glasses. Need it urgently before HC2 arrives? Call: 📞 NHS BSA 0300 330 1343
Interpreter
At any medical appointment you have the right to an interpreter. Free. Just say: "I need an interpreter." Your GP must arrange one.
Dental and eye care
With HC2 — free. Find an NHS dentist: nhs.uk. Can't find one? Call: 📞 0300 311 2233. Emergency toothache: 📞 NHS 111 (free, 24/7).
