In Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan, many vaccines are not part of the national schedule or were given inconsistently. In the UK, all of these vaccines are free. Even without documents. Just tell your GP that you're new to the country and want to check your vaccination status.
In our countries, many of these vaccines are simply not given. Here — they're free.
